I walked into my favourite local opticians yesterday and noticed a new line of frames which have very stylish and funky arms that simply attach to the frame by clicking them in. You can have one frame with many different arms and just 'click' them on and off – brilliant!
They are made by a French designer company called 'Dilem'. The price I was quoted was arount £300 so they are not cheap but they come with a 2 year guarantee and the frames feel very solid. They also have a website that you can visit too look at their frames: http://www.dilem.fr/dilemGB08.html - the English version.
Anyone tried these yet?

I have just finished a small article on these and you can view the video on the new Dilem range on the front page.

Neh, Got myself a pair of these frames a few months ago. I got the Model 'FA' and they came with second pair of arms. Every single person who was at the 'planet angel' gig last week aske me where I got them from. They are just so hard to find here in the UK.
I actually bought mine from a small independent opticians in Farnborough who are currently the only official suppliers in Hampshire who were only to pleased to post them to me as I don't live anywhere near there. You can get details from their website: http://www.chapelopticians.co.uk

Dilem have got some stylish frames, I just ordered a pair of CL012, the side branches can be changed to many different designs and colours. I went to http://Www.fashioneyewear.co.uk, their shop is in Chiswick. £249.00 for the frame and the nice chap threw in some clear side branches (£39) for free and done a good deal on the lenses too.

I'm after a pair of arms for the dilem glasses I bought in France but I'm now living in the UK and none of the opticians near me stock these frames. Does anyone know who sells Dilem frames in the Manchester area?
