Hi,
Just to add to this, I would also recommend iwearglasses.co.uk – their prices are low but they don't seem to skimp on quality as they use the same lens suppliers as the high street.
HTH :)

I used Boots opticians before, very pricey but they done a good job in getting the lenses into my 10 year old frame without scratching it too much.

I'm now into my 3rd year reglazing my varifocals with an online company and I've never been happier. I can get a much better lens for less than I was paying for in my mocal opticians. I also don't get the 'hard sales' patter I have to normally have to put up with when I walk out fo the sight test examination room!

Srry to bump this but has anyone actually used onlineglassesdirect.co.uk to have lenses reglazed into thier frame. They have sent me a quote but it seems very cheap compared to what my optician wanted to charge. I suppose I'm just worried that they might be dodgy lenses or something. Anyone had any experience with them?
